in February 2015, at Papay Gyro Nights Art Festival in Papa Westray, Bertrand Mandico, Elina Löwensohn and Sebastien Ronceray started work on production of a new Incoherent Cinema film - DEPRESSIVE COP. The film was shot on 16mm and the most of the footage developed on the island
